1) EARLY SPRING: Pre-emergent control for crabgrass (DIMENSION) and organic based fertilizer will be applied to prevent crabgrass from becoming a problem in Summer and will provide a "Spring Boost" of fertilizer once your lawn begins active growth. (granular organic based fertilizer and liquid spot weed control).

2) LATE SPRING: Broadleaf weed control (using MERIT) and the correct rate of organic based fertilizer will be applied to maintain Spring lawn color but not to stimulate excessive growth. Insect controls will be included as needed to prevent damaging populations later on in Summer (granular organic based fertilizer and liquid spot weed control).

3) EARLY FALL: For the 3rd application broadleaf weed control (when weather permits) and organic based fertilizer will be applied. (granular organic based fertilizer and liquid spot weed control).

4) LATE FALL: For the 4th application broadleaf weed control (when weather permits) and organic based fertilizer will be applied (granular organic based fertilizer and liquid spot weed control).

5) CRACK AND CREVICE WEED CONTROL: Round-up will be applied in all cracks and crevices (sidewalks, curb gutters, parking lots and driveways where applicable). With the use of a backpack sprayer, properties will be sprayed 3 times throughout the contract year to control all growth of crack and crevice weeds (June, July & August ).
